Dakota DesignStaff, Inc. is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM workflows and standards across luxury architectural projects. You will optimize model health, train staff, and drive coordination across multi-disciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in Revit-led projects, strong leadership, and expertise with Revit API, Dynamo, and related tools. Flexibility for hybrid work and remote collaboration is available.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years’ experience leading BIM on large architectural projects.
• Autodesk Revit certification and proficiency with Dynamo and Revit API.
• Experience creating template files, custom families, LOD assets, and library management.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, assemblies, and case work.
• Proven ability to lead teams and mentor junior staff.
• Excellent communication and coordination with project teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage model health to support architectural drawings and coordination.
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans and templates.
• Oversee template families, content development, and automation.
• Coordinate with project teams to meet QA/QC and client requirements.
• Lead BIM audits, trainings, and model reviews.
• Establish BIM docs, workflows, and best practices.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure compliant BIM models.
