Job summary

Buildots is seeking a proactive BIM Manager to act as the US technical BIM expert, ensuring high-quality BIM execution across US projects while applying US-specific standards and guiding clients and internal teams.

You will lead model coordination and serve as the bridge between Buildots' US operations and global teams, shaping BIM use on real-world projects and driving best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on BIM experience across civil, architecture, or construction.
• Deep knowledge of US BIM standards and project lifecycle.
• Experience supporting residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Proficient with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, IFC, and related tools.
• Able to work independently and make sound technical decisions.
• Excellent communication to engage with clients and teams.
• Willingness to come to the office 2–3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Lead model development, coordination, and clash detection for US projects.
• Provide BIM guidance and solutions to US clients.
• Monitor BIM trends and client requirements to inform strategy.
• Establish US-specific BIM standards across projects.
