Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a BIM Manager based in the United States to lead the implementation and ongoing improvement of BIM strategies across multidisciplinary teams. You will establish BIM standards, oversee model quality, mentor project teams, and manage digital assets, cloud collaboration, and software deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in the AEC industry across all project phases.
• 5+ years of BIM management experience including implementation, coordination, QA, and standards management.
• Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, and BIM-related software.
• Familiarity with Revit API for automation and customization; advantageous.
• Solid knowledge of Navisworks, CAD platforms; familiarity with Rhino, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Experience with Content Catalog (UNIFI), Guardian, Ideate Software, Clarity, and Dynamo.
• Ability to develop and deliver training programs; strong mentoring and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Remote work eligibility restricted to certain states; periodic travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM planning, implementation, and execution across project teams and studios, supporting BIM execution plans and ongoing model quality.
• Establish and promote consistent BIM standards, processes, and workflows to improve coordination and delivery quality across projects.
• Guide and mentor Project BIM Leads and teams; provide technical support and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct regular model audits, coordinate with external consultants, and ensure interoperability and accuracy across models.
