Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years in AEC with project delivery across phases.
• 5+ years managing BIM workflows (implementation, coordination, QA, standards).
• Proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, and BIM software.

Aufgaben

• Lead BIM planning, implementation, and execution across projects and studios.
• Establish and promote BIM standards, processes, and workflows for coordination and delivery quality.
• Mentor Project BIM Leads and provide hands-on technical support.
• Conduct regular model audits and ensure interoperability and accuracy across models.
• Manage digital assets, libraries, and content for design efficiency.
• Champion BIM tech, automation, and AI-enabled workflows across the organization.
• Improve metadata and information management for reliable project data.
• Oversee software deployments, licensing, and cloud collaboration tools (ACC).
• Track metrics on tech initiatives and ROI to drive improvements.
• Design and deliver BIM training programs and maintain training materials.
