Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a US-based firm to hire a BIM Manager. You will lead BIM strategy and standards across multidisciplinary teams, driving data-rich designs and improved collaboration. The role emphasizes digital innovation, model quality, and cross-studio coordination in a remote work setting.

You will mentor project BIM leads, manage assets, and implement automation and AI-enabled workflows to elevate project delivery in healthcare, education, and civic projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years in AEC with strong BIM workflow leadership across lifecycles.
• Expert-level Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, and BIM software proficiency.
• Familiarity with Revit API for customization and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM planning, implementation, and quality control across projects.
• Develop and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and coordination.
• Mentor Project BIM Leads and provide technical support.
• Perform model audits and ensure interoperability and accuracy.
• Manage digital assets, libraries, and content resources.
• Drive digital innovation, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Oversee metadata management and information governance.
• Administer software deployments and cloud platforms (ACC).
• Track metrics to assess tech initiatives and ROI.
• Design training programs and mentor teams on BIM practices.
