Job summary

Actalent is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support modeling and coordination for ICT and telecommunications on large-scale data center and commercial projects across the United States. Fully remote role with a flexible schedule, you’ll collaborate with architects, engineers, and BIM professionals to maintain Revit models and ensure compliance with BIM standards.

You’ll bring 2–10 years of BIM experience (4–6 preferred), proficiency in Revit, and a solid grasp of BIM workflows, drafting, and 3D

Qualifications

• 2-10 years BIM experience (4-6 years preferred).
• Experience with ICT, telecommunications systems, or low voltage electrical systems.
• Strong proficiency with Revit.
• Understanding of BIM workflows, drafting, and 3D coordination.
• Knowledge of electrical or ICT system layouts.
• Experience on commercial projects.
• Data center experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update BIM models for ICT and low voltage electrical systems.
• Set up project models and ensure compliance with established BIM standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other BIM professionals.
• Review and incorporate redlines and design revisions into project models.
• Participate in 3D coordination and clash detection processes.
• Support drafting and design updates within Revit.
• Assist project teams with model management and coordination efforts.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale data center and commercial projects.
