Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in B2B billing or order-to-cash, including 5+ years leading teams.
• Experience with large-scale ERP and billing-system changes.
• Experience in technology/IT services or telecom billing environments.

Responsabilités

• Establish KPIs for billing timeliness, accuracy, and backlog burn-down.
• Lead a billing team of ~20 people, with targets and performance reviews.
• Create end-to-end billing processes across multiple models.
• Define a billing calendar and control framework aligned to contracts.
• Reduce unbilled backlog and ensure timely, accurate invoicing.
• Own largest accounts and complex billing exceptions, with senior leadership interaction.
