Qualifications

• Experience generating and processing customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Experience reviewing contracts or service orders for billing requirements.
• Experience using billing systems such as Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Generate and process accurate customer invoices in a timely manner.
• Review contracts and service orders to ensure billing aligns with terms.
• Reconcile invoices with customer records and agreements for accuracy.
• Maintain customer billing information in systems (Salesforce, NetSuite).
• Respond to billing inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Assist with month-end and year-end billing close processes.
• Track billing schedules and deliverables.
