Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our remote team in the United States. You will manage end-to-end invoicing, ensure accuracy, and support AR processes to keep cash flow healthy.

In this role you will collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Customers to resolve billing issues, generate reports, and maintain compliant records while thriving in a fully remote environment. Ideal candidates have experience with invoicing, ERP or billing software, strong Excel or Sheets

Qualifications

• Prior billing, invoicing, AR, or finance experience.
• Experience preparing and processing customer invoices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience using accounting, billing, ERP, or financial software.
• Ability to manage high volumes of billing transactions accurately.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.
• English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Verify billing information, pricing, quantities, discounts, taxes, and payment terms.
• Process billing adjustments, credits, refunds, and account corrections.
• Monitor outstanding invoices, payment status, and customer balances.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and invoice-related issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, charges, and payments.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable, Finance, and Sales to resolve issues.
• Reconcile billing records with accounting systems.
• Prepare billing reports, summaries, and aging information for management.
• Assist with month-end and year-end billing activities.
