Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
• Verify billing information, pricing, taxes, and terms
• Process billing adjustments, credits, refunds, and corrections
• Maintain accurate billing records and account information
• Monitor outstanding invoices and balances
• Investigate billing discrepancies and resolve issues
• Respond to inquiries about invoices, charges, and balances
• Coordinate with AR, Finance, Sales to resolve issues
• Reconcile billing with accounting systems
• Prepare billing reports and aging information for management
• Ensure invoices follow company policies and procedures
