The position offers remote work within the country and an hourly pay range. The role requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of billing experience, plus strong Excel/Oracle

Qualifikationen

2+ years billing experience, customer-facing preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to articulate issues, document resolution, and elevate when needed.
Attention to detail and time management are essential.
Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Oracle experience a plus.

Aufgaben

Process billing transactions, invoices, credits, and adjustments accurately.
Set up and maintain customer accounts in billing systems.
Review and audit billing information for accuracy.
Research and resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries.
Post payments and manage adjustments to customer accounts.
Support billing policy compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
