Job summary

Cox Automotive in the United States seeks a detail-oriented Billing Specialist I to join our Billing team. This role can be remote within the United States, with an hourly pay range of $16.59–$24.86 and the opportunity to grow in a fast-paced billing environment.

You will code, audit, and process invoices, verify customer approvals, and communicate with service providers and internal teams. Prior VMRS coding or billing experience is a plus. Educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED.

• Experience with VMRS coding and billing is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Audit reviews the invoice to make sure there are no discrepancies and verifying we have the customers approval limit to proceed.
• Perform VMRS coding and costing of invoices, and audit invoices to ensure correct billing.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned within the Billing department.
