OCHIN, a nationwide remote healthcare technology leader, is seeking a Billing Services Supervisor to oversee billing operations, supervise a diverse team, and ensure timely, accurate professional billing for our member clients. This role supports strategic plans with cross-functional departments to maximize revenue cycle performance.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in healthcare/healthcare IT.
• Minimum 5 years of PB/revenue cycle billing/coding experience is required.
• Minimum of three years of REMOTE supervisor/manager experience is required.
• High school diploma, GED is required.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in business or relevant area highly preferred
• Previous FQHC/RHC experience is preferred
• Experience with Acute Care EHR software, EPIC, is required, PB.
• Must have knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and/or HCPCS Coding Systems and CMS‑1500/UB‑04

Responsabilidades

• Provide efficient and effective account receivable services to maximize reimbursement and support revenue cycle performance.
• Direct a team of billers and ensure superior revenue cycle management for OBS clients.
• Oversee day-to-day operations with supervision of staff responsible for timely and accurate professional billing.
• Ensure billing activities comply with all regulations and deadlines including End of Month close processes.
• Resolve claims and technical issues; maintain client relations; report impacts to workflows.
• Hire, develop, motivate, and coach staff dedicated to excellent customer service.
• Manage staff education, motivation, training, and leadership.
• Coach staff in problem solving and communication; pursue process improvements.
