Job summary

SB Administrative Services, LLC is seeking a Billing Supervisor to oversee the billing department's operations, charge entry, and edits. The role serves as the MSO subject matter expert, coordinating with CPMP for claims submission, posting, AR follow-up, and reimbursement management, while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and payer regulations.

Applicants should have at least 5 years in medical billing, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in CPT/ ICD-10 coding, with experience in EMR

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical billing and collections.
• Strong understanding of CPT, ICD-10 coding and billing procedures.
• Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and reimbursement methodologies.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing department operations, charge entry, and edits.
• Serve as MSO expert and go-to person for CPMP processes.
• Direct patient insurance documentation, billing, collections, and data processing to ensure accurate billing and efficient collections.
• Analyze and audit billing and claims for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate claim submission, posting, AR follow-up, and reimbursement management with CPMP.
• Act as liaison for CPMP MSO.
• Audit procedures to improve data entry and front-end operations efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations.
