Job summary

Managed.com is a remote-first, global company building AI-enabled business technology. The Billing and Domain Service Specialist is the primary customer contact during onboarding, guiding clients from registration to Go Live, gathering billing info, clarifying forms, and setting expectations for timelines.

You will resolve billing issues, enter data with high accuracy, streamline onboarding, and ensure data privacy compliance. Strong English and billing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of work experience in the billing department.
• Experience with billing systems and the most known payment gateways.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding by gathering billing information and documentation.
• Resolve billing-related issues for customers.
• Enter billing data with high accuracy to prevent invoicing errors.
• Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding and improve billing setup.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
• Provide training to customers on navigating the billing system and invoices.
• Support other tasks or projects as assigned.
