iMedX, a Rapid Care Group company, seeks an experienced Billing Manager (Contractor) to lead billing operations and revenue cycle management across multiple clients in a remote, work-from-home setup.

You will oversee billing/collections, close cycles, mentor remote contractors, and serve as the primary client contact with CFOs and CEOs. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and client success with offshore team collaboration.

Formación

• 3–5 years’ experience in revenue cycle management, billing operations, or related leadership role.
• Experience leading remote contractors, including offshore teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes for assigned clients.
• Close monthly billing cycles and prepare timely AR, payment, and adjustment reports.
• Lead and mentor remote billing contractors, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Serve as the main client contact (billing staff, CFOs, CEOs), building strong professional relationships.
• Design, update, and implement billing procedures and train staff accordingly.
• Interview, onboard, and support contractor development.
• Collaborate with leadership on client needs, performance, and resource planning.
