World Fuel Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator III to join the Financial Operations team in a remote-capable role.

You will manage the invoicing lifecycle, review supplier invoices, and ensure timely, accurate billing while partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders. You will drive process improvements, support audit inquiries, and help maintain documentation, pricing, and compliance across billing activities in a fast-paced, multinational

Qualifications

2+ years in financial operations, billing, invoicing, or related role.
Strong English communication skills.
Proficiency with Excel and ERP/invoicing systems.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

Monitor timely receipt of supplier invoices (fuel and non-fuel).
Review and validate invoices, pricing, tax information, and supporting docs.
Process billing transactions in internal systems and ensure customer invoicing is on schedule.
Respond to billing inquiries and work with internal teams to resolve issues.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automate processes.
