Job summary

World Fuel seeks a detail-oriented Billing & Financial Operations Specialist to manage the invoicing lifecycle, review supplier invoices, and ensure timely billing. You will be the main point of contact for billing inquiries and work with Commercial, Supply, Accounting, AP, and Sales to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in financial operations, billing, invoicing, or AR roles.
• Strong English communication skills (B2 or above).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP/invoicing/financial systems and strong attention to detail.

• Manage billing and invoice processing lifecycle from receipt to distribution.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Financial Operations Coordinator III to join our Financial Operations team.In this role, you will play a critical part in managing the invoicing lifecycle, ensuring supplier invoices are received, reviewed, processed, and billed accurately and on time.
