Job summary

Warmada is a remote-first healthcare company hiring a Billing Support Specialist on a full-time basis. You will manage payer workflows, investigate denials, and drive efficient revenue cycle operations from a remote-first role based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).

You will partner with cross-functional teams to resolve complex claims, apply your knowledge of CARC Codes and denial language, and mentor teammates to sustain high performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a healthcare billing, insurance, patient relations, or medical claims role.
• Thorough knowledge of denial language and CARC codes.
• Understanding of the life cycle of a claim and ability to apply critical thinking to complex cases.

Responsibilities

• Investigate claim denials and payer requirements to resolve complex claims.
• Prioritize claims and drive timely resolutions within the pod.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze denial trends and optimize workflows.
• Guide new-hire onboarding and share best practices to elevate revenue cycle performance.
