You will tackle complex billing challenges, investigate denials, partner with cross-functional teams, and guide offshore colleagues while promoting learning and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a healthcare billing, insurance, patient relations, or medical claims.
• Understanding of insurance policies, claim processing, appeals, and recoupment.
• Knowledge of Denial Language and CARC codes.
• Understanding of the life cycle of a claim.
• Strong critical thinking for complex cases and decisions.
• Excel for data formatting, formulas, pivots.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned payers on the Revenue Cycle Management team.
• Investigate claim denials and prioritize complex claims.
• Analyze denial trends and optimize workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve revenue cycle outcomes.
• Provide guidance to offshore team members on payer workflows.
• Assist with onboarding and promote best practices within the pod.
