SPS Commerce is seeking a Billing Analyst to support the Order-to-Cash lifecycle, ensuring accurate billing through contract updates, credits, usage processing, and customer changes that impact revenue. The role performs level 2 operational review, validates accuracy, policy compliance, and SOX alignment before changes are executed in the billing system.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, or finance.
• 2+ years in billing, order-to-cash, revenue operations, or finance operations.
• Strong analytical ability to identify discrepancies and assess financial impact.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM for validation, reconciliation, and investigations.

Responsabilidades

• Process contract updates, credits, usage imports, invoice updates, and customer changes with high accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform cross-system data validation across ERP and CRM platforms.
• Conduct level 2 review of billing update requests for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Research and resolve billing exceptions using structured analysis and escalate complex issues.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements in workflows, documentation, or controls.
• Maintain billing documentation and adhere to audit requirements.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and data requests with accurate data pulls and summaries.
• Collaborate with Billing Support, Customer Success, Sales, and Finance to resolve inquiries.
