Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Billing Analyst to manage B2B billing operations for retailer partners, including invoice calculations, generation, and delivery using Oracle and spreadsheet templates. You will review contracts, process memos, and ensure accuracy for month-end closes.

The role requires experience with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce CRM, JIRA, and Mode BI Reporting, plus proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel. Remote collaboration with global stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce CRM, JIRA, and Mode BI Reporting.
• Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
• Background in B2B ecommerce and SaaS environments.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with diverse, global stakeholders, including BPO partners.

Responsibilities

• Execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners, including invoice calculation, generation, and delivery using Oracle and spreadsheet templates.
• Process credit and debit memos per approved requests.
• Review commercial contracts and SOPs to apply correct billing terms and rates.
• Perform peer reviews and reconcilations to ensure invoice accuracy and completeness.
• Respond to billing inquiries and route complex disputes to senior team members.
• Follow defined controls and checklists to support month-end close and audit requests.
