Job summary

Premier Talent Partners is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst for a full-time remote contract role responsible for B2B billing operations, invoice processing, reconciliation, and timely responses to billing inquiries. You will work with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce CRM, Mode BI, and Excel/Google Suite to support month-end close, audits, and data-heavy workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have 3–6 years in billing or finance, strong communication, and experience in B2B

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of billing, finance, or related operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion and Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

• Generate and deliver invoices using Oracle and templates.
• Process credit and debit memos per approved requests.
• Review contracts and SOPs to confirm billing terms.
• Perform reconciliations to verify invoice accuracy.
• Respond to billing inquiries and escalate disputes as needed.
• Support month-end closing and audits.
