You will analyze revenue activities and support the account team in a fast-paced environment. The position requires at least 2 years of billing experience, proficiency in Excel and contract reading, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting/finance
• Accounting certification or degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Billing Analyst or similar role
• Experience with reading custom client contracts
• Demonstrated ability to perform in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Analyze billing details and issue accurate client invoices
• Understand contracts and identify terms for invoicing
• Review invoices for billing accuracy
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues
• Verify services delivered and contract terms are met
• Prepare reports and meet billing deadlines
• Maintain updated accounts receivable records
• Ensure client billing accounts are set up correctly
• Perform ad-hoc reporting as required
• Assist auditors with information requests
