Adolescent Wellness Academy is seeking a bilingual telehealth clinician to conduct virtual intake assessments for teens 13–17 and their families. This 1099 contract role requires Florida licensure or intern status and allows work from home in the evenings, Monday–Friday.

Assessments determine PHP/IOP suitability and provide a clear clinical picture before day one. The clinician will screen for mental health and safety, document findings, and coordinate admissions with the admissions and

Qualifications

• Active Florida license as LMHC/LCSW/LMFT or Florida Registered Intern
• Fluent English and Spanish
• Experience counseling adolescents in PHP/IOP or behavioral health settings
• Skills in crisis assessment, risk assessment, and de-escalation
• Private home office and HIPAA-compliant telehealth setup
• Evening availability Mon–Fri 5–8 PM EST

Responsabilités

• Lead telehealth intake assessments with teens and their parents/caregivers
• Complete CALOCUS level-of-care screenings, crisis and suicide risk assessments
• Recognize when crisis intervention or higher level of care is needed
• Document clinical findings and coordinate admissions with Admissions and treatment teams
