Job summary

Adolescent Wellness Academy seeks a Licensed Clinical Intake Specialist for remote, part-time evenings. You will conduct intake calls with teens and caregivers, assess needs, and determine appropriate PHP/IOP options, documenting findings for Admissions and clinical teams.

Requirements include Florida licensure (LMHC/LCSW/LMFT) and fluency in English and Spanish. You will work in a confidential remote setting with scheduling evenings Monday–Friday, 5:00–8:00 PM EST.

Qualifications

Active Florida licensure as LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT (or equivalent).
Fluency in English and Spanish, including clinical conversations with teens and families.
Clinical experience with adolescents and PHP/IOP care.
Experience in crisis assessment, suicide risk assessment, and de-escalation.
Strong clinical judgment and timely, independent decision-making.
Ability to remain calm, organized, and effective during high-risk situations.
Private workspace for confidential remote consultations.

Responsibilities

Conduct Connection Calls with teens and caregivers.
Build rapport, assess treatment readiness, and explain PHP/IOP options.
Complete brief CALOCUS screenings, crisis assessments, and suicide risk assessments.
Use de-escalation skills and recognize when escalation is needed.
Navigate difficult family conversations with clarity and compassion.
Document findings and coordinate with Admissions and clinical teams.
