Job summary

Adolescent Wellness Academy is a US-based mental health treatment provider offering intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization programs for adolescents. You will be the first clinical connection for teens and families seeking care, leading connection calls with adolescents aged 13-17 and their caregivers.

The role requires Florida licensure (LMHC/LCSW/LMFT), bilingual English/Spanish clinical communication, and experience with adolescent PHP/IOP and crisis assessment.

Qualifications

• Active Florida LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, including clinical conversations.
• Experience with adolescent PHP/IOP care and crisis assessment.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport, assess treatment readiness, and explain PHP/IOP options.
• Complete CALOCUS screenings, crisis assessments, and suicide risk assessments.
• Document findings and coordinate with Admissions and clinical teams.
