Korn Ferry is seeking a Bilingual Technical & Engineering Recruiter to join our remote US team. The role focuses on building a strong candidate pipeline for engineering and industrial roles through direct and indirect sourcing, channel optimization, and proactive talent pool development.

Responsibilities include aligning sourcing with workforce plans, designing sourcing strategies, and maintaining robust relationships with Hiring Managers and passive candidates.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
• 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience recruiting for Engineering or Industrial Manufacturing positions.
• 3+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies including market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches.
• 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience.
• 3+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process.
• 3+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews.
• High School Diploma

Responsabilités

• Works with Business Partners to align sourcing activities to workforce plans and understands recruitment needs.
• Identifies channels and strategy to source candidates matching client requirements.
• Defines, designs and implements the sourcing strategy for building talent pools of specific candidate profiles.
• Develops and optimizes broad sourcing channels to improve quantity and quality of client talent pools.
• Measures the effectiveness of the sourcing framework against outcomes.
• Assists clients to define and incorporate a compelling employee value proposition into sourcing strategy.
• Sources, secures and leverages relevant media and communication channels.
• Ensures effective candidate relationship management strategies with passive candidates.
• Creates talent maps and conducts competitive intelligence for client sourcing strategies.
• Collaborates with recruiters to generate ideas and support effective searches.
• Provides responsive customer service and coaching to team members.
