Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a bilingual Contract Recruiter to join our remote team. This role can be based in Arizona or Texas and focuses on full-cycle recruitment for Industrial Manufacturing, Semiconductor, or Commercial Sales Engineering roles.

You will partner with Business Partners to design sourcing strategies, build talent pools, and manage candidate relationships from sourcing through offers, while coaching team members and delivering strong client service.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 3+ years full cycle recruitment experience for Industrial Manufacturing, Semiconductor, or Commercial Sales Engineering.
• 3+ years of sourcing methodologies including market mapping, Boolean searches.
• 3+ years of ATS experience.
• 3+ years of client-facing experience with Hiring Managers.
• 3+ years of competency/behavioral based interviews.
• High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Works with Business Partners to align sourcing with workforce plans.
• Identifies channels and strategy to source candidates matching client needs.
• Designs and implements sourcing strategy for talent pools.
• Develops and optimizes broad range of sourcing channels.
• Measures effectiveness of sourcing framework against outcomes.
• Supports client to define employer value proposition in sourcing.
• Sources and leverages relevant media and channels.
• Manages candidate relationships with passive candidates.
• Defines client sourcing framework and creates talent maps.
• Collaborates with recruiters to facilitate effective searches.
• Provides responsive service via phone and email.
• Offers guidance and coaching to team members.
