Job summary

Elevation Connect LLC is seeking a Bilingual Tech Support Advisor to provide Tier 1 technical support remotely. The role includes troubleshooting devices, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records while collaborating with Sales and Account Management teams.

The ideal candidate communicates in English and Spanish, has a High School diploma or GED (Some College preferred), and demonstrates strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, respond to emails, troubleshoot issues with devices.
• Provide exceptional account management and high-quality customer service while assisting with replacing devices, adding/removing, and renewing lines of service.
• Maintain accurate, thorough records of incoming and outgoing customer communications.
• Escalate calls to appropriate parties as needed to complete a case.
