Job summary

Elevation Connect LLC is seeking a Bilingual Account Management Advisor (Spanish/English) to deliver high-quality customer service from home. You will review accounts, troubleshoot issues, and document interactions while coordinating with the Sales team to meet SLAs.

The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and capable of maintaining accurate records. Training occurs virtually, with flexible scheduling within the 8:00am–5:00pm MST window.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish; bilingual required.
• High School Diploma or GED; Some College preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Positive attitude and customer-focused.
• Time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Empathy and patience with customers.
• Previous help desk or call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to emails; troubleshoot issues with devices.
• Provide exceptional account management and customer service; assist with replacing devices, adding/removing lines, and renewing services.
• Maintain expert knowledge of products, services, and processes at department/client level.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications in tracking systems.
• Escalate calls to appropriate parties to complete a case.
