SupportYourApp is hiring a Customer Support Consultant to join a multicultural, multilingual team and deliver top-tier support from a home office. The role focuses on email support for a Spanish tire retailer, handling orders, changes, proofs of payment, and tracking while maintaining KPIs and security standards.

Fluent Spanish and English (C1+), at least 12 months in customer support, and experience with Freshdesk are required. Remote work options and USD compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of customer support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Freshdesk helpdesk software.
• Excellent Spanish and English communication, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and good research skills.
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding customer support via email for a Spanish tire retail company.
• Handle requests such as order cancellations, address or quantity changes, proof of payment, delayed deliveries, invoice and reimbursement requests, and order tracking.
• Process around 80 tickets per day while maintaining high quality standards.
• Follow internal procedures and SOPs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Team Leads to ensure efficient issue resolution.
• Handle sensitive customer data with care and security.
• Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices.
