SupportYourApp, a global Intelligent Support-as-a-Service leader, seeks a Customer Support Consultant to join a multilingual, remote-friendly team working with clients in 60 languages. You will handle email support for a Spanish tire retailer, resolve requests, and maintain high quality while adhering to SOPs.

Responsibilities include managing ~80 tickets daily, safeguarding data, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Excellent Spanish and English (C1 or higher), both written and spoken.
• At least 12 months of experience in customer support.
• Hands-on experience with Freshdesk.
• Strong attention to detail and research skills.
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.
• Personal computer with stable internet (min 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding customer support via email for a Spanish tire retail company.
• Handle orders such as cancellations, address/quantity changes, proof of payment, delayed deliveries, invoices, reimbursements, and tracking.
• Process around 80 tickets per day while maintaining high quality standards.
• Follow internal procedures and SOPs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Team Leads to resolve issues.
• Handle sensitive customer data with care and security.
• Apply customer happiness practices.
• Meet KPI expectations and maintain understanding of client solutions.
