Job summary

Experian is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to support our customers remotely from Allen, TX. You will take inbound calls, explain credit bureau processes, and guide customers through requesting corrections, while delivering friendly, solution-focused service.

You will be bilingual in English and Spanish, have at least one year of customer service experience, and be comfortable using a computer. You must reside within 45–60 minutes of our Allen office and be able to pass background checks and

Qualifications

• Must be a US resident within 45-60 minutes of 701 Experian Parkway Allen, TX.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Comfortable using a computer.
• Pass background checks and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls to assist with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings.
• Educate customers on credit bureau processes and how to request corrections.
• Receive requests, identify needed support, and route to the right team.
• Handle escalated customer issues.
