Job summary

ConServe is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Associate to handle first-party calls for our clients from a remote home office. You will assist consumers with account information, gather details, provide solutions, and work within established scripts and processes.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Spanish and English, have customer service experience, and can operate in a fixed EST schedule Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in both Spanish and English fluently.
• Experience in customer service or call center preferred.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, EST hours, from home.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to consumers and build rapport.
• Gather information, provide answers, and resolve issues.
• Document consumer account details and follow up as required.
• Meet account penetration goals set by management.
• Maintain daily productivity and call volume targets.
