IRIS Software Group is seeking a Spanish/Portuguese speaking Professional Services Consultant to join our iSAMS Professional Services team, helping schools get up and running with their software and make the most of the system. This is a varied, customer-facing role that combines software implementation, problem-solving and client training.

• Spanish or Portuguese language fluency is ideal.
• Experience in a customer-facing role within software or technology.
• Confidence learning and navigating software systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly.
• Interest in developing both technical and client training skills.
• Good problem-solving with a logical approach.
• Attention to detail when working with systems or data.

Responsabilidades

• Support international customers through the implementation and setup of iSAMS software.
• Work with customers to understand requirements and help configure the system.
• Develop technical skills in configuration, data migration and validation.
• Work with customer data to identify issues and ensure data accuracy during implementation.
• Deliver online and onsite training to help customers use the software confidently.
• Explain system functionality clearly to customers with varying technical levels.
• Build positive relationships with customers throughout implementation.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Professional Services and other teams to deliver a joined-up experience.
• Maintain implementation records and communicate progress, risks or issues.
• Grow knowledge of iSAMS and take on more complex technical activities over time.
• Provide ideas and customer feedback to improve processes, training and service.
