Fluent English, Portuguese and Spanish required.
Client-facing experience in Customer Success or related role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management, prioritization and multitasking.
Proactive, self-directed with ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

Deliver the Customer Success engagement strategy for a portfolio of accounts.
Build trusted relationships, understand customer goals and workflows.
Collaborate with account managers to improve retention, satisfaction and product adoption.
Identify whitespace and growth opportunities through engagements.
Use data and insights to drive impactful engagements and outcomes.
Travel to visit customers or represent ICIS at events when required.
