We are looking for a results-driven Bilingual Telemarketing & Inside Sales Representative to join our team remotely and generate and convert sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound sales activities.

This is a sales position, not a customer service position. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Inbound & Outbound Sales

This position combines two key areas:

Inbound Sales: Manage and convert leads generated through digital advertising campaigns, website forms, social media, phone inquiries, and other marketing channels.

Outbound Sales: Proactively generate new opportunities through cold and warm calling, prospect databases, previous leads, inactive opportunities, pending quotes, and other assigned contact lists.

The primary goal is to turn prospects into qualified opportunities, quotes, appointments, service bookings, and new customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound leads.

• Work assigned prospect databases and contact lists.
  
  
• Reactivate previous leads and inactive opportunities.
  
  
• Follow up consistently on pending prospects and quotes.

• Present services and communicate their value.
  
  
• Handle objections and move prospects toward a purchasing decision.
  
  
• Convert opportunities into quotes, appointments, service bookings, and customers.
  
  
• Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities in the CRM.
  
  
• Meet established sales activity, conversion, and revenue goals.
  
  

Required Experience & Skills

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
  
  
• Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in telemarketing, phone sales, Inside Sales, outbound sales, appointment setting, SDR/BDR, or a sales-focused call center.
  
  
• Cold calling and prospect database experience required.
  
  
• Experience managing inbound digital leads preferred.
  
  
• Strong follow-up, sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  
  
• Comfortable asking for the sale and working toward closing targets.
  
  
• Experience using CRM and digital communication tools.
  
  
• Comfortable working independently and being accountable for measurable sales results.
