Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to handle inbound and outbound calls, sell Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service nationwide. This fully remote role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and a consultative sales approach.

You’ll manage CRM records, follow up with clients, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure top‑notch service. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree or related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required; additional compensation eligible.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers with a consultative sales approach to promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product and service information, address inquiries, and resolve client concerns professionally.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
