Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for nationwide, fully remote work. You will manage inbound/outbound Care Center calls, sell Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients, with English and Spanish speaking capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of sales, customer service, or call center experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound Care Center calls to promote Interlock products and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries professionally.
• Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calls.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and stay informed on industry trends.
