Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; additional compensation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, customer service, or call centers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional demeanor.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask with urgency.
• Adaptable, resourceful in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound calls with a consultative sales approach to promote Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries professionally.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calls.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Conduct follow-up calls and manage correspondence to ensure client satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
