Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue growth by handling inbound and outbound calls, selling Interlock products, and delivering exceptional service to clients across the country.

The role emphasizes bilingual communication (English/Spanish), relationship-building, and data-driven follow-up in a fully remote setup. Training and equipment are provided to support performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound calls using a consultative approach to sell Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product and service information and resolve client inquiries.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Maintain detailed records in CRM and ensure data accuracy.
