Job summary

This pivotal role involves managing inbound and outbound Care Center calls, promoting Interlock products, and ensuring exceptional service to clients. The Advisor will use a consultative sales approach to foster long-term relationships and contribute to revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and relevant experience in sales and customer service, with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish offering additional compensation. A comprehensive health plan and performance-based commissions are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
