Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is looking for a Sales Program Advisor to enhance revenue growth by managing inbound and outbound Care Center calls while selling Interlock products. This fully remote role requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with a focus on exceptional customer service and tailored solutions.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience. Offerings include competitive hourly rates, uncapped performance-based commissions, and a comprehensive health plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or call center.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
