Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote role within the Care Center Sales team. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, promote Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service to clients nationwide.

Qualifications

Bilingual English and Spanish required; additional compensation applies.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience preferred.
Minimum of 6 months of relevant sales, customer service, or call center experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.

Responsibilities

Engage inbound and outbound callers using a consultative sales approach to promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services.
Provide accurate product and service information and resolve client inquiries with professionalism.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
