Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. seeks a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue by handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting Interlock products, and delivering exceptional service to national clients.

You will manage inquiries, close opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of programs and services. The role offers uncapped commissions, an attractive health plan, a 401(k) with company match, and additional fringe benefits.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of sales, customer service, or call center experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote Interlock products and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries promptly.
• Pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Maintain detailed records in CRM and other systems.
