AAA Roadside Assistance is seeking a remote Call Center Representative fluent in English and Spanish to support members in distress on the road. You will be the first point of contact in a fast-paced 24/7 operation, delivering compassionate service and documenting details for dispatch.

Starting pay is $19.85/hour with a 6-month increase, weekend differential to $21.84, and tenure-based raises. The role includes training, incentive opportunities after six months, and advancement potential.

Qualifikationen

• Prior customer service experience; call center experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Ability to provide excellent service in high-volume calls.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathy and a desire to help those in distress.

Aufgaben

• Handle incoming calls for emergency roadside assistance (towing, locksmith, fuel, battery, minor mechanical issues).
• Assess distress, ensure immediate safety, and document details promptly.
• Maintain composure during high-intensity calls.
• Relay information to internal/external teams to expedite dispatch.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operation of Emergency Roadside Service.
• Meet performance goals to drive member satisfaction.
