You will handle high-volume calls, document interactions in CRM, and collaborate with teams to ensure seamless service delivery, with performance incentives tied to retention goals.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months in customer service or retention.
• Experience handling objections and resolving conflicts preferred.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Remote-work readiness.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for appointment scheduling and inquiries.
• Assist customers with installation process and policies.
• Address objections and offer retention solutions.
• Document all interactions in CRM/scheduling platforms.
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining a positive conversation.
• De-escalate challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure service delivery.
• Escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up.
• Meet performance metrics for retention and service quality.
• Adhere to policies and confidentiality standards.
• Provide general Care Center support and perform other duties as assigned.
