You will use retention rebuttals to address hesitations and secure attendance, all while maintaining a positive customer experience across high-volume calls. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, a high school diploma, and at least 6 months in customer service or retention-focused roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, call center, account management, or retention-focused roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls related to appointment rescheduling and account support.
