Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of customer service, call center, or retention experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required; qualifies for additional compensation.
• Experience handling objections and conflicts.
• Strong multitasking and navigation of CRM and scheduling systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathetic, professional, and persuasive communication style.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized; able to work remotely.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls for appointment rescheduling and inquiries.
• Assist customers with the installation process and policies.
• Handle cancellations by identifying concerns and offering retention solutions.
